		<description>It&#039;s all about the brine! I am a food network addict and I actually am I fan of Emeril&#039;s turkey recipe but it&#039;s very similar with the brine. Brining the turkey before hand brings out the moisture making your turkey like a sponge! I think people get scared of &quot;fancy cooking terms&quot; like brine but it&#039;s so easy! Happy Thanksgiving to all the at home chefs!</description>
